The Year End module consolidates student information at the end of an academic year and stores it in a historical or a transcript file. All marks and attendance information is read from the Report Cards module and added to the cumulative historical student file.  Students who have graduated, their school historical files will be updated to stand-alone transcript files that will consist of student demographic information as well as the full academic history of the student.

The Year End module also prepares your school database for the next school year by allowing you to delete and transfer selected data files.
